How much should I take?
For inactive individuals, we recommend the following daily dosage of 0.33 grams of Collagen Protein multiplied by their body weight. Example: A 150lb. person X 0.33% = 49.50 grams of Collagen. One rounded tablespoon = 10 grams. Divide 49.50 in two servings or roughly 2.5 tablespoons per serving. Active people should take up to 0.55 Grams Collagen Protein multiplied by their body weight. Be certain to count other foods containing protein to this formula. A very active hard working individual may benefit from a 3rd serving in the afternoon. Remember, it should not be used as a meal substitute. It is intended to be used as a protein supplement added to a well-balanced diet.
How should it be taken?
It can be mixed in hot or cold liquids, put into cereals, oatmeal or juices you now enjoy.
How long does it take for results?
